Two men were formally charged with breaching the Stay in Shelter Curfew Regulations in Magistrates’ Court this morning.
Raoul Simons and Christopher Eggen both denied the charges drawn against them and were released on $3,000 bail with one surety, with orders to appear on June 22, for mention.
Simons, 61 was also charged with using offensive words to a police officer on Saturday.
