Police advised motorists to avoid the South Road area near the junction with Dunscombe Road in Warwick due to a road traffic accident shortly after 4pm.
A spokesman said: “Details are limited at this time. However, traffic diversions are currently in place.
“Motorists are advised to take alternate routes if possible and some delays are to be expected in the area.
“An update will be provided when more information is available.”
