The Bermuda Police Service has confirmed the report released by TNN today on an alleged sexual assault of a male officer, reportedly by two of his male colleagues.
According TNN: “Two foreign male police officers were dismissed from duty of the BPS for attempting to rape or serious sexually assaulting another male Bermudian police officer.
“Details remain limited at the moment as TNN’s Trevor Lindsay sought confirmation from the BPS media relations manager.”
The BPS statement said: “Two members of the Bermuda Police Service have been suspended from duty as part of an ongoing investigation.
“No further information will be provided at this time, so as not to impede the progress of the investigation.”
