The Bermuda Underwater Institute (BUEI) issued a notification this weekend advising members and guests that they will close temporarily in light of the recent surge in the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 on island.
The notice stated: “Unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 situation, BUEI will temporarily close its doors to the public until Government deems it safe to reopen.
“Our top priority is the health and safety of BUEI’s community – our guests, members, supporters, and team members, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. Please check www.buei.bm or our social media for updates.”
