Very Proud!
In 2015 I took a chance and hired twins Rashaun Bean and Rashae Bean for weekends at our families garden center Sousa’s Gardens
In honesty we really didn’t have the work at the time but I wanted to help these two young men out whom seemed awesome to me at the time.
Well family it wasn’t too long before the rest of my family and the rest of our team saw the hard work ethic and strong life skills that these two men had, at which time we offered them full time employment.
This has proved to be an incredible experience from day one and I would encourage everyone to look at giving our young people an opportunity. Many want a hand up versus a hand out.
Well family soon they will be taking up post in the Government school system as music teachers and I truly wish them well.
Our loss is certainly each school they joins gain.
There is good news for those that love these young men’s first class customer service at our garden center. They will be continuing to work with us on weekends.
