News Release: ST GEORGE’S, Bermuda – Skyport, operators of the LF Wade International Airport dedicated to providing world-class services and continuously improving its operations, announced the strategic appointment of three new leadership team members today.
Jaime Dawson, an accomplished HR professional with an exceptional talent acquisition and management background, has been appointed the new Human Resources and Training Director. Her expertise in building high-performing teams and fostering a positive work culture is expected to be instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent at Skyport, a past RG Business Top 10Employers Award winner. Dawson will focus on employee development and engagement initiatives for the organization.

A seasoned marketing and branding professional, Nikki Fagan has been named Head of BrandDevelopment. Fagan’s vast experience developing and executing successful brand strategies willsignificantly enhance customer engagement. Tasked with building upon Skyport’s reputation as atrusted brand, Fagan will drive innovation and strive to create remarkable experiences for passengers and stakeholders while helping to implement strategic initiatives that are instrumental in maintaining LF Wade’s status as an award-winning airport.




Mikkel Harris steps into the role of Airport Operations Manager, bringing an extensive background in aviation management to this vital position. By leveraging his notable track record in managing complex projects, Harris will assist in overseeing all aspects of airport operations under the Director of Airport Operations, helping to bring about the highest efficiency and safety standards at Skyport.

The appointments are part of Skyport’s broader strategy to build upon its $400 million investment in the redevelopment of the LF Wade International Airport. The near completion of the $4 million refurbishment of the cargo facility and the planned $14 million major capital improvement work on the airfield help underscore Skyport’s commitment to further enhancing the airport’s resources and infrastructure.
