The Bermuda Police Service (BPS) today confirmed that the search conducted in the Cedar Hill area of Warwick involving the use of digging equipment was part of the ongoing search for missing mother Chavelle Dillon-Burgess.

A BPS spokesman said: “As part of this continued effort, a search was conducted today and we will continue to search locations as we receive information or intelligence.

“There will be no stone left unturned where there is a possibility of finding her remains.

“We wish to remind the public that this is an active murder investigation and we need your support.”

The young missing mother was reported missing by her mother on April 30, nearly two weeks before her 27th birthday. But her last known contact with anyone was on April 11.
