2022 marks the 7th year of this important fundraising event to exclusively benefit the charity SCARS (Saving Children And Revealing Secrets).
This event not only raises funds for SCARS but also brings awareness to the issue of child sexual abuse and how it can be prevented.
Support a good cause! During the weekend of October 1st and 2nd, 2022 show your support for SCARS by getting out on the water in your kayak, paddleboard, etc, take a picture and send it to email@example.com along with a minimum donation of $50 and win a chance to receive a one of the bright K4K shirts worn by the participants in the round the island kayak event.

The 40-mile loop around the island by 36 Kayakers and two Paddleboarders started at 8am yesterday at Somerset Long Bay to Clearwater Beach, travelling along North Shore.
They will return to Somerset Long Bay this morning.
