The Superintendent of Real Estate (the “Superintendent”) hereby advises real estate brokers and agents that there will be an outreach session at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018 at The Cathedral Hall, Church Street, Hamilton (directly across from Hamilton Marketplace).
The outreach will focus on concrete cases of money laundering in the real estate sector in Bermuda; how financial intelligence plays in money laundering and the brokers’ independent audit function responsibilities.
