Public Works Inviting Tender Proposals to Lease Horseshoe Bay Beach House Café

The Bermuda Tourism Authority sent out an advisory to potential applicants on the beach business opportunity up for grabs at Horseshoe Bay Beach – Bermuda’s best-known beach.

The Ministry of Public Works is inviting tender proposals to lease the Horseshoe Bay Beach House Café from April 1, 2021 for five years.

Interested parties can collect and submit proposals via the Ministry of Public Works, Third Floor, General Post Office (GPO) Building, 56 Church Street, Hamilton, or download the tender package and details from the government’s website. Site visits can also be arranged.

Deadline for submissions has been extended to 3 pm, July 1, 2020.
