In follow up to that road traffic accident on Middle Road in Devonshire on Saturday (June 4), police say that it now appears that the car involved, struck a wall near the junction with Fort Hill Road.
The accident occurred around 9:30am on Saturday when the car involved struck a wall in Devonshire.
A police spokesman said: “The driver, said to be a 40-year-old Devonshire man, had to be assisted out of the vehicle by Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service personnel as well as ambulance personnel.
“He was transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance and apparently received treatment for head, neck and chest pain, before being discharged later that day.
“Inquiries continue and witnesses or members of the public with any information are still encouraged to call 211.”
