Police Update: Investigation Into Robbery at Belvin’s Variety in Smith’s Parish

Detectives continue to appeal for witnesses and anyone with any information to contact the Criminal Investigation Department on the recent robbery at Belvin’s Variety in Smith’s Parish.

A spokesman said: “There is also CCTV footage of the incident circulating on the internet. While the footage provides a good description of the suspect(s), police did not authorise the dissemination of the clip.

“We are looking into this further with a view to understanding how the footage got into the public domain.

The robbery occurred on Sunday, January 28th.
