Police are today investigating a two vehicle accident that left one man with a leg injury when two trucks collided on North Shore Road in Smith’s Parish near Flatts this morning.
Police say the accident occurred around 9:20am today (May 31st) in the St James Court area of Flatts.
A spokesman said: “Apparently one man sustained a leg injury and was transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment.
“An update on his medical condition is anticipated in due course.
“Traffic diversions were in effect for approximately two hours while the scene was processed.”
