Two male motorcyclists, both in their 20’s, were injured in a road traffic accident that landed them in the hospital’s Emergency Department this morning.
Police say the accident occurred around 8:55am today (June 4th) on Parson’s Road in Pembroke.
A spokesman said: “Early information indicates that one motorcyclist, said to be a 20-year-old Pembroke man, was travelling west on Parsons Road while the other motorcyclist, said to be a 24-year-old Pembroke man, was exiting Two Way Mews on to Parsons Road when they collided.
“Both men were hurt – one apparently has a leg injury – and transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. However, their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.”
