Three people injured in road traffic accident involving a car and a minibus were treated at the hospital’s Emergency Department and released on Tuesday.
Police say the accident occurred on Harrington Sound Road in Hamilton Parish around 6:20pm on May 7th.
A spokesman said: “Apparently the car and minibus involved collided near Walsingham Lane, in the vicinity of Tom Moore’s Tavern.
“The driver of the car, the driver of the minibus and a passenger in the minibus – said to be a 36-year- old Warwick woman, a 61-year-old Hamilton parish man and a 33-year-old American man respectively – were transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment of their injuries and later discharged.
“Traffic diversions were in effect for approximately an hour and a half, until the damaged vehicles were towed away.
“Any witnesses are still asked to call the main police telephone number 295-0011.”
