Police confirmed today that the two men arrested at a private residence on Wellington Back Road, St George’s around 6pm on Saturday (March 21) have subsequently been released on police bail.
A spokesman said: “A third suspect today surrendered to the Hamilton Police Station and remains in custody.”
Police officers from various divisions executed two warrants yesterday in connection with the recent spate of shooting incidents.
Three men, all said to be in their 20s, were arrested at a home in Pembroke.
Police seized a firearm, ammunition and drugs as a result of that raid.
At last check, all three remained in custody.
