A 67-year-old man was rushed to the hospital’s Emergency Department following a single vehicle road traffic accident.
Police say the accident occurred around 7pm on Wednesday, (Jan 5) on North Shore Road, just east of the Aquarium.
A police spokeswoman said: “The extent of which is unknown at this time.”
Traffic was diverted around the scene using a single lane system as motorists were advised to use alternative routes until this scene was cleared.
