Another male motorcyclist was rushed to the hospital’s Emergency Department with head and leg injuries following a road traffic accident near Terceira’s Gas Station on North Shore Road in Smith’s Parish.
Police say the accident occurred around 11:15am.
“The extent of his injuries are not known at this time,” a spokesman said.
The driver of the car was not injured.
“Police Traffic Collision Investigators are currently on the scene and the North Shore Road is currently blocked between Barker’s Hill and Store Hill.”
North Shore road between Barker’s Hill and Store Hill has now been reopened to vehicular traffic.
