The Bermuda Police Service (BPS) has launched an investigation after it was reported that a bullet was found inside a private residence in the area of Ingham Vale in Pembroke.

Police received reports of multiple gunshots in the area of West Park Lane around 11:10pm.

“Units were dispatched to the location to carry out checks,” a spokesman said.

“Officers of the Forensic Support unit attended and processed the scene.

“An investigation into this incident has now commenced and anyone with information is asked to call Detective Sergeant, Odessa Philip of the Serious Crime Unit at 247-1739, or via email at, ophilip@bps.bm.
