News Release HAMILTON, Bermuda Today, Monday, November 20th, marks the tenth day since 16-year-old, Ajahni Lema-Bascome was first reported, missing.
Someone knows where Ajahni is. If you are that person, we urge you to immediately contact the main police number, 295-0011 and advise of his whereabouts.
As a reminder, at 16 years of age, Ajahni is still considered a juvenile and to be clear, harboring a juvenile is an offence punishable under the law.
A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $3,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.
Ajahni is described as being 5’ 8” in height, approximately 125lbs, light complexioned, slim built, with dark hair worn unkempt or in plaits.
He was last seen around 11:30pm on Thursday 9th November 2023 in the Slippery Hill St. George’s area.
At the time, he was wearing dark pants, a dark jacket, white socks, dark-coloured Crocs.
