A 22-year-old man was rushed to the hospital’s Emergency Department with a non-life threatening stab wound, following a disturbance at Heron Bay Plaza on Middle Road in Southampton on Friday.
Police say the incident occurred around 3:30pm near The MarketPlace, where a number of males involved in the disturbance had left the scene when officers arrived.
A police spokesman said the scene was “secured the scene to preserve evidence” until 5:30pm,
No official comment yet from The MarketPlace on this incident outside the plaza.
Meanwhile, the incident remains under investigation.
