The Bermuda Police Service (BPS) has launched an investigation to track down the source of a video circulating on social media, where a man “is heard threatening violence against members of the community including police officers”.
A spokesman said: “Early indications are the individual seen in the video is currently overseas.”
But they are treating this matter “seriously”.
“We ask that should you receive the video in question, you not share it and instead delete,” he added.
“Anyone with information on the individual featured in this video is asked to call 211, the main police number, 295-0011, or the independent and confidential Crime Stoppers number, 800-8477.
