Police are investigating the sudden death of a 51-year-old man, who was found in an unresponsive state at the American International Building around 7:30am this morning.
A police spokesman said the man, who was found on the grounds of the property, was conveyed to the hospital where he was subsequently pronounced dead.
No further information will be released until his next of kin have been notified. Foul play is not suspected.
