The 75-year-old male pedestrian who was struck and injured by a 22-year-old male motorist, is today recovering on a general ward at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
The accident occurred on Harrington Sound Road in Smith’s Parish near the junction with Harrington Hundreds Road, around 4:20pm on Wednesday, February 28.
A police spokesman said the senior citizen is listed in stable condition.
