A 62-year-old woman died after falling from a jet ski into waters off Cambridge Beaches in Sandys this morning.
A police spokesman said It appears that the cruise ship visitor, from Massachusetts, fell into the water before losing consciousness.
CPR was performed as she was rushed taken by boat to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
Police said no further information would be given until the next of kin is notified.
