The Bermuda Police Service today confirmed the death of 51-year-old Sean Tavares, who was found in an unresponsive state at the American International Building in Pembroke last Friday.

The initial report said he was discovered around 7:30am on August 18th, and transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance where he was later pronounced dead.

A spokesman said: “As previously stated foul play is not suspected. However, an autopsy is anticipated.” He also extended condolences to the family and friends of the deceased on behalf of the Bermuda Police Service.
