A police spokesman confirmed after several calls about a fire on Marshall’s Island in the Great Sound this morning, that the fire is a “controlled burn”.
“Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service is aware and the controlled burn is expected to finish at 12 noon,” he said.
“We appreciate the concern of those who called regarding this matter.”
