Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious road traffic accident, involving a motorcycle and a van at the junction of Court and Victoria Streets in Hamilton, to come forward to assist with the investigation.
A police spokesman said the accident occurred at approximately 11:22am on Monday, June 28.
“This collision involved a motorcycle and a van, resulting in the motorcycle rider suffering extensive injuries and is currently hospitalised,” he said.
“Any information on this incident will assist in reconstruction of the event to explore any potential offence(s) that may have been committed.
