Another male motorcyclist is listed in critical condition in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit with serious head injuries, following a road traffic accident involving three motorcycles.
Police say the collision occurred shortly after 7:15pm on Sunday (November 1), on Somerset Road in the vicinity of Four Star Pizza.
The injured man, 38, was attended to at the scene by EMTs and transported to hospital via ambulance.
“The two other motorcyclists sustained minor injuries,” a spokesman said.
“The roadway was closed off as Traffic Collision Investigators and officers from the Forensics Support Unit processed the scene.
