Under the distinguished patronage of the Progressive Labour Party’s First Ladies, Lady Wanda Brown, Lady Kristin Burt and Lady Olga Scott will be hosting ‘A Soriee de l’appes-midi Mother & Daughter Sip of Tea’.
 
The event is being held today, Sunday September 23 from 3pm to 5pm at The Island Brasserie, at Rosewood Bermuda.

Progressive Labour Party and Premier of Bermuda. This event promises to be a delightful celebration,
honouring these leading phenomenal women of our communities.
 
“Attendees will have the opportunity to partake in the Rosewood Bermuda’s elegant tea experience. Dressing in their most Chic attire, some with hats and the new haute cotoure “facinators.
 
“Without giving out too much information, our Guests will be entertained with an array of remarks, reflections, LRecit and musical serenade by a former Bermuda Idol.
 
“As the Progressive Labour Party celebrates its 20th anniversary Date with Destiny led by Dame Jennifer Smith, the Executive Members of Constituency 2 Branch and its MP Kim Swan, pay tribute to the Party’s First Ladies and the Dame’s Leadership, leading the PLP to its first election victory in 1998.
 
“The Executive Members shared that funds raised from the fundraiser will go towards community events such as the monetary  donations given out recently “End of Summer Chill” and other community events held in conjunction with MP Ming of Constituency 1.
