A 26-year-old male motorcyclist riding while disqualified with an outstanding warrant was nabbed by police conducting Operation Vega exercises on East Broadway.
Police say he was clocked at 60kph when he was stopped around 5:20pm on January 26.
A spokeswoman said: “Further checks revealed, the 26yr-old male, rider, had an outstanding warrant and was disqualified from driving.
“He was also found in possession of a knife and small amount of suspected controlled drugs.
“The suspect was subsequently arrested and detained.”
