Approximately 800 customers who subscribe to One Communications remain offline in the wake of outages caused by Hurricane Humberto.

As of Thursday, a company spokesperson said: “Of this total, approximately 200 are affected by known issues being addressed by the field teams and are targeted to be back online by Sunday night.

“For the remaining 600 customers, issues with power and damage on individual properties continue to be addressed. As of 9:00am this morning, BELCO has advised of approximately 1,200 customers without power.

“Customers with downed lines, or have power to their home but no TV/Internet service can report the issue by calling 700.7000 or by using our online Storm Outage Reporting Form on the updates page at www.onecomm.bm.

“Mobile services impacted in the east are scheduled to have full coverage restored by Monday, September 30. This area includes South Rd. Smith’s, Knapton Hill, Harrington Hundreds, Spittal Pond, St. Mark’s Rd. McGall’s Hill, Idle Acres, and Spanish Heights.
