News Release: Hamilton, Bermuda – As a safety measure for the public and our team, we are now limiting physical interaction.
Our staff remain available to the public via phone or email to receive any questions, concerns, complaints or share information. For assistance please call 296-6541 or 518-4629 and email info@ombudsman.bm or complaint@ombudsman.bm.
Deliveries to the Office must be arranged by calling 536-5643 or emailing sedill@ombudsman.bm.
This arrangement will remain in effect until further notice. We encourage everyone to be safe and please follow the guidelines and safety precautions provided by the Department of Health www.gov.bm/coronavirus.
Every hand that we don’t shake must become a phone call that we place.
Every embrace that we avoid must become a verbal expression of warmth and concern.
Every inch and every foot that we physically place between ourselves and another, must
become a thought as to how we might be of help to that other should the need arise.
