News Release HAMILTON, Bermuda The Office of the Ombudsman for Bermuda is currently experiencing technical difficulties with our email system. As a result, we have been unable to receive emails that have been recently sent through our complaint portal on our website, as well as any emails sent to our email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org addresses.
Due to these technical difficulties, we would like to provide a temporary email address for the public to use in the meantime while we have these issues addressed.
All new complaints and queries can be forwarded to: email@example.com
Existing complaints and queries that have been assigned to an Investigations Officer can be sent to them directly.
Alternatively, we can also be contacted by phone on 296-6541 or in-person at our office location at Suite 102, 14 Dundonald Street West, Hamilton.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this technical disruption to our services. We will update the public once we have resolved the issues.
