News Release: HAMILTON, Bermuda – Wayne Furbert, Minister of Transport, is attending the Seatrade Global Cruise Conference 2024, which is being held from April 8th to April 11th, 2024 in Miami, Florida. The Minister is accompanied by Stacey Evans, Section Head of Transport Planning for the Ministry of Transport, and Bermuda Government’s Representative for Cruise ships for day-to-day logistics, Tracey Berkeley, the Chief Executive Officer for the Bermuda Tourism Authority, and Tashae Thompson VP of Experience.

“Bermuda’s participation underscores our commitment to fostering growth and innovation within the cruise sector,” said Minister Furbert. “This is the world’s largest event for cruise line executives and suppliers of cruise services, and brings together nearly 10,000 industry influencers, high level cruise executives and stakeholders from approximately 120 countries.”

During the conference, Minister Furbert will engage with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and decision-makers, fostering valuable relationships critical for future collaborations and partnerships.
