Jamaica Observer: KINGSTON, Jamaica – There will be a memorial service for the life of reggae singer Peter Anthony Morgan, the lead singer of popular band Morgan Heritage on March 7 in Orlando, Florida.

The venue for the service has not yet been announced.

On Sunday, the Morgan family made a post of the singer’s passing stating that Morgan, affectionately called ‘Peetah’, died on February 25th.

The post did not reveal how he passed.

Morgan led the Grammy award-winning group, which consisted of five children of reggae artiste Denroy Morgan. The other members are Una Morgan, Roy ‘Gramps’ Morgan, Nakhamyah ‘Lukes’ Morgan and Memmalatel ‘Mr Mojo’ Morgan.
