Police are investigating an early morning attempted robbery at Arnold’s Market on St John’s Road in Pembroke on Sunday.
According to the weekend crime report, a man “with a weapon” entered the store around 6:40am demanding money. But the cashier refused to hand over any cash and he left empty handed.
Police are now appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have any information to contact CID on 295-0011.
