A 33-year-old Sandys Parish man, who sustained multiple stab wounds in an incident up at the West End, remains listed in stable condition in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.

Police say they received the report around 12:40am on Sunday, in the parking lot between Legends and Mr Chicken, along Somerset Road.

A spokesman said the victim was apparently “assaulted by another individual in the parking lot”.

“The injured man was conscious and transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via private car for treatment of multiple stab wounds, which are considered non-life threatening,” he added.

“The scene was forensically processed and inquiries continue.

“Witnesses were asked to contact Detective Constable Patrick Jones of the Criminal Investigation Department on 717-2170 or by e-mail at pjones@bps.bm.
