A 45-year-old man with no fixed address, was today formally charged in Magistrates’ Court with the murder of 70-year-old Keith Gordon on June 10.
Clinton Smith was not required to enter a plea to the indictable offence, which will go to the Supreme Court.
Smith was remanded in custody, to be formally indicted in the Supreme Court Arraignment Session on August 1.
