Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo was found not guilty in Magistrates’ Court this morning, who denied a charge that he refused to take a breath test, following a road traffic accident in January.
He was represented by lawyer Charles Richardson, who is now asking how much money was spent on this case, which was headed up by Cayman Islands Magistrate Valdis Foldats.
