Today is a very special day at Byrdie’s Restaurant on Parson’s Road in Pembroke, where Lynn Outerbridge will finish up her last shift after 51 years with the DeGraff family business.

In a post published on Facebook early this morning Erna James-DeGraff wrote: “This Legend has made a milestone that not many people can say – Lynn Outerbridge has worked for Byrdies/DeGraff’s Restaurant for 51 years and today is her last day!

“Help her celebrate her day by popping by and showing her some love. No one can replace her as she’s definitely one of kind.
