Earlier this month (August 1) the Minister of National Security, Wayne Caines was presented with four lawnmowers from the members of the Treatment of Offenders Board (TOOB).
The lawnmowers will be used as part of the Department of Corrections’ inmate community service and vocational workshop programmes.
Minister Caines thanked the members of the TOOB for the donation, noting “this is the result of positive private/public partnerships”.
