The Lamb Foggo Urgent Care Centre will be closed this weekend due to a shortage of staff.

According to a spokesperson for the Bermuda Hospitals Board, the hospital’s Emergency Department will accommodate patients who would normally have attended the UCC and others with non-emergency medical issues.

According to the BHB the UCC closure will “ensure adequate staffing to safely manage continued high demand for all patients who require urgent or emergency care”.

The UCC closed at midnight last night and is due to reopen at 4pm on Monday.
