News Release: Hamilton, Bermuda – In light of safety protocols required for the public and our Officers, the Office of the Human Rights Commission, located at 32 Victoria Street, Hamilton, is temporarily closed to the public and will reopen on Monday, April 6.

The staff remain available to the public and are now operating remotely.

The Commission stands in solidarity with the Government of Bermuda, the Emergency Measures Organisation (EMO) and the rest of the island in upholding strict guidelines aimed at containing the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now is the time to be vigilant and cautious, and above all, considerate, especially toward those who may not have ready access to social, environmental, emotional or economic support.
