Government House: Larry Mussenden Officially Sworn In As Puisne Judge

Lawyer Larry Mussenden was officially sworn in as a Puisne Judge of Bermuda’s Supreme Court at a ceremony at Government House on Thursday (Dec 3).

An online image was posted by Government House saying the Governor “was pleased to appoint Mr Larry Mussenden as a Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court”.

“The Governor thanked Mr Mussenden for the service he has provided as the Director of Public Prosecutions and wished him well with his new position on the Supreme Court.”

Lawyer Cindy Clarke was appointed to replace Mr Mussenden as the new Director of Public Prosecutions, effective today.
