The appeal, ‘In Loving Memory of Marco Warren’, states:

On Sunday, May 14th, the world lost an extraordinary individual, Marco Warren. At the young age of 29, Marco’s tragic passing has left his family, friends, and the football community devastated. We now unite to honor Marco’s legacy and support those he held most dear: his beloved mother, Wendie; his father, Dwight; his girlfriend, Kalay; his sisters, Chelsea and Zianna; and his precious 4-month-old son, Vega.

As we reflect on Marco’s life, we are reminded of his impact both as a player and as a human being. His football resume speaks volumes, 12 goals and 13 assists for Flagler College, appearances for his national team, Bermuda, in the CONCACAF Gold Cup, and captaining the professional football team, the PHC Zebra’s. But these accomplishments fail to capture the essence of the incredible man he was. Marco was a gift to all of us fortunate enough to experience his presence, both on and off the field. His departure leaves a void in our hearts, but his memory will forever be cherished.

Let us honor Marco Warren’s legacy by coming together and supporting his family during this difficult time. Your contribution will make a significant difference in the lives of those left behind. Together, we can help provide stability and hope for his family as they navigate this new chapter without their beloved Marco. May his memory forever inspire us to work hard, to love passionately, and to cherish every moment. Rest in peace, Marco. Heaven’s team has gained an angel, but we will forever miss you.
