A female driver of an electric car was rush to the hospital’s Emergency Department this afternoon, following a serious two vehicle collision with a motorcar on Parson’s Lane in Devonshire.
A police spokesman said the woman sustained a serious arm injury.
The female driver of the motorcar was not injured.
The roadway was blocked off as the scene is processed by Traffic Collision Investigators and officers from the Forensic Support Unit.
“Traffic coming off of Barker’s Hill is being diverted along Vesey Street on to Middle Road.
“Traffic coming off of Middle Road on to Barker’s Hill is being diverted along Jubilee Road on to Orange Valley Road.”
