DPT Advisory: Bus Route 4 Changed For Safety

News Release: Hamilton, Bermuda – The Department of Public Transportation advises the public, that effective December 2, Bus Route 4 via North Shore Road will no longer travel over Langton Hill, Pembroke.

Driving public buses along the narrow winding road has proved dangerous, resulting in significant damage to the bus fleet.

In the interest of public safety, Bus Route 4 via North Shore will no longer service Langton Hill, but will instead service Black Watch Pass. Bus Route 4 via St John’s Road remains unchanged.
