Health Minister Kim Wilson confirmed yet another death due to COVID-19 on Saturday (May 1), bringing the total number of deaths to 29.
In a statement released last night, the Minister said: “I am deeply saddened to report another COVID-19 related death. I wish to extend my heartfelt condolences to the grieving family and friends. They are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
“The Ministry of Health will not release personal details about the individual, and I ask the public to respect the privacy of the family as they mourn their loved one.”
