Another set of 65 tests results came back all negative today, leaving the total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 at 125.

A Government spokesperson said there are currently 36 active cases, of which 32 persons are under active public health monitoring.

Four patients remain in hospital battling this virus, with two in critical care.

To date, a total of 80 people have fully recovered from the coronavirus.

The total number of deaths recorded remains at nine.

“The average age of all of our confirmed positive cases is 59 and the age range of all of our positive cases is from 18 to 101 years.

“The average age of hospitalized cases is 77 and the age range is 70 to 84 years,” the spokesperson added.

“The average age of all deceased cases is 74 and the age range is 57 to 91 years.”

  • 39 are Imported
  • 74 are Local transmission, with known contact
  • 10 are Local transmission with an unknown contact, and
  • 2 are under investigation
